Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Pennsylvania who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Wade Heating & Cooling, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively, the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the decisions of Wade Heating & Cooling as final and binding.

Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted starting September 22nd and ending October 31st. All entries must be received by October 31st.

How to Enter: Entrants must submit their “HVAC Horror Story” using the official entry form provided at https://always70wade.com/sweepstakes. The form requires the following information: Name, email, phone number, address, and answers to qualifying questions. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified. Limit: one entry per household. Multiple entries will not increase chances of winning.

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive their choice of: A Free Heating Tune-up (maximum retail value: $200), or $500 credit toward the purchase of a new heating system installation. No cash or prize substitutions allowed except at Wade Heating & Cooling’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected based on the content and uniqueness of their HVAC horror story, as judged by a panel from Wade Heating & Cooling. Winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 days of judging. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 15 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Rights Granted by You: By entering, you grant Wade Heating & Cooling and its affiliates the right to use your entry, name, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Terms & Conditions: Wade Heating & Cooling reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, you release and hold harmless Wade Heating & Cooling, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their employees, officers, and directors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of any prize.

Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, before a court located in Pennsylvania. Entrants waive the right to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to Wade Heating & Cooling’s Privacy Policy.
